INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Shake before use. Spray 3 to 4 times on the palms and heat the oil by rubbing your hands together.
2. Rub thoroughly (5 to 10 minutes) the areas you want to boost and repeat 2 to 3 times a day, ideally while the skin is still damp after a bath or shower.
It can be applied on the back, the solar plexus, the wrists or the sole of the foot.”
